Just follow below steps: 1. Check for Update. You can access this feature at Utilities > Update WHMCS. 2. Create a new folder in your hosting file manager ( choose any name but no_space). The path must be an absolute path (for example, /home/username/tmp instead of ~/tmp). The PHP user must be able to write to this path. See below image. 4. And update Whmcs. 5. After Update WHMCS Will Show License Error Message. Just disable Captcha from phpmyadmin. Todo so login into your database and search for 'tblconfiguration' table. And edit 'CaptchaSetting', remove everything from CaptchaSetting. September 27, 20241 yr I think that the error is from the Google reCAPTCHA because I seen the error in user login page so when I enable Google reCAPTCHA in user login page it works but it not work for user dashboard
September 27, 20241 yr Author This behavior is due to outdated customized template files. Are you using any custom theme or template. Try to update the template or disable Captcha. September 27, 20241 yr Author Ok first install Whmcs 8.10 in another directory or server than use Whmcs migration software to migrate the data. https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/46-importassist U should move or copy modules from old Whmcs to new Whmcs after migration.
