This problem is because you do not follow the posts here.

because your site has blocked the symlink function, which creates a shortcut to the storage folder inside the public folder.

The solution is to go to the public folder inside the script and see if there is storage. If you find it, delete it and open this link:

http://yoursite.com/storage-link

You will see 0

Go back to the public folder and see if there is a storage folder or not. If this folder does not exist, this means that the hosting has disable the symlink function and you will need to add the shortcut manually. You can search for the method of shortuct on the Internet

Done, but still facing that problem.

Are you using https in your website link at the top of your browser?

If yes, are you using SSL in the server.js file?

If no, then your problem is that you cannot use nodejs in https mode without also installing SSL for node.

The solution?

Use http instead of https at the top of your browser, or follow pages 40 and 43 for how to make SSL on your website.. Or simply click on the Generate SSL button in settings..

Now you need to check env file if your url is correct with https or with http
and try open:
https://yoursite.com/socket.io/?EIO=4&transport=websocket

and see if your browser say you need ssl or not working
