*All bugs have been fixed. Previously, the application was failing to delete the root folder; additionally, certain packages within the 'vendor' folder were merely deleted or encrypted—rather than being permanently removed—so that the scanner could still detect them. However, everything has now been resolved, and those packages have been completely and permanently removed. by @GABDEV
