Delete the Utility folder and replace it with the attached folder,

Follow the guide @vankataloz gave. Then edit the database.php file in core/config directory. Edit just the "database name, username and password" only. Save and reload your site. This will fix it.

This is probably because you didn't set up your Cron Job 

FIX 500 ERROR PERMANENTLY 100% WORKING

Step 1: When you finish installation, go to config/database.php and edit your database details (Database name, Database Username and Database Password) only in line 51, 52 and 52. After that, save and close file..

 

Step 2: Open core/.env then copy everything in .env file, then go to vendor/psr/log/.env inside the log folder, open .env file and paste everything you copied from core/.env 

Save and refresh your website.. Booom

Changing to bit_gold didn't solve the problem, am facing same issue, please how can we fix that?

Dear there is simple way to fix the error open .env file and cut whole text and save go into vendor folder and search .env will be inside any folder past the text there issue will be fixed
