hey bro... i got error "Connection failed: Access denied for user 'db_username'@'localhost' (using password: YES)" can u help me to solve this ???

can anyone help in this error "Connection failed: Access denied for user 'db_username'@'localhost' (using password: YES)" , I changed  db name,user etc in config still error
