Is there someone also facing the Chatbot Flow not working?

It was working fine somedays ago but i again test it today and the response is not being triggered, however, Single and Bulk Sending are working properly.

I have scanned the files with AI and it asks to modify the following changes:

incomingMessage.js

• Update onIncomingMessage to use the provided waToken for device lookup instead of parsing socket.user.id.

• Update getDevice to rely on waToken.

• Add URL encoding for media URLs in

  formatFlowNodeMessage and

  sendFlowNodeMessage to handle filenames with spaces.

• Add try-catch blocks around media preparation and message relaying to prevent hook crashes

Have you tried sending a message?
Have you installed the troubleshoot plugin and checked the script for problems?

This plugin has exhausted me with all the modifications I've made to it, most importantly the language 😅
The default language was supposed to be English, and we were going to add other languages later, but it was set to Indonesian.
So I had to completely rewrite the plugin's language and add the other languages.
Also, the time zone is set to Jakarta, even though it shouldn't be set to use the website's time zone directly or the user's own time zone, which is set in the user control panel.

But no problem, I'll make these changes and upload it to the marketplace 🙏

Sorry for asking an off-topic question, but I’m curious if anyone knows what script is being used at app[.]adomie[.]com . If you have any idea about the script name, please let me know.

I’ve already configured everything. Sending a message works normally, but when I try to run the auto‑bot system, it doesn’t respond.

I am experiencing the same issue, Mr. @Magd Almuntaser . The device is connected properly; single messages and campaigns are running smoothly and being sent successfully. However, the chatbot does not respond when using the Chatbot Flow. Perhaps this could be looked into.

The same applies to the Advanced Chat Flow; it is also unresponsive.

Thank you in advance for providing such an excellent tool.
