Yes, but not in the Chat Live Plugin. It will be in a new official plugin specifically for groups, or for both personal and group chats.

Many people use MPWA to manage their customer support, so they don't need to join their numbers in groups.
Therefore, I will soon release an official plugin that chat with groups or both.

I am also currently developing a new plugin that I will announce soon.

The reorder feature is working for list, but the node order is not being updated accordingly.
For example, when a user types "menu", the bot returns:

1. Cek Layanan

2. Daftar

3. Cara Pembayaran

After reordering it to:

1. Cek Layanan

2. Cara Pembayaran

3. Daftar

When the user selects Daftar, the next response still points to Cara Pembayaran instead of the correct node based on the updated order.

Maybe you can upgrade MySQL (or MariaDB equivalent), where this limitation is mostly resolved.
