Aslamo Alikum, @Magd Almuntaser , there is an other issue that required to be focused on, when sending 20, 30 messages using API, the system should put it in the queue instead sending them directly, and after dispatch according to the given delay time to avoid whats app temporary ban from whats app.

We are a small family owned business and we were exploring some stable solution to engage with our customers using WhatsApp and we thought this app would be a good fit.

However we were overwhelmed by the growing complexity of this app and it was a welcome relief when you wrote this earlier in this thread

Imagine if MPWA had a (plugin system). Would you really need to upgrade the entire system every time? You would only need to click on the specific plugin from your dashboard and install it directly. This would keep MPWA lightweight, and each user could install only the plugins they actually need instead of having every feature included by default.

We have no plans to use the full frontend system, a user management system, a payment gateway system, etc that you mentioned.

We are looking forward to find a pruned system soon from you which we can install on our refurbished laptop to use locally without all reseller modules.

Additionally, somebody had requested you to

add api to add phone number in phone book.

Is this related to saving a contact in our WhatsApp account?

While reading a lot about bans increasing lately, we were thinking if there was a way to add name and number as a WhatsApp contact BEFORE sending the message, would it reduce the chances of getting banned - other considerations aside. What are your views on this? We save numbers of interested customers who show interest in some products in a google sheet and then send them a message once we get those items. We dont want to add them to Google Contacts and then wait for it to sync to WhatsApp before sending a message.

@Magd Almuntaser I would like to report several issues found in MPWA version 13.2.0:

  • Group Auto Reply is not working properly.

  • Both keyword-based auto reply and AI auto reply do not respond in WhatsApp groups.

  • AI Bot sometimes responds to people's status/story updates, which should not happen.

For Gemini AI integration, it only works with Gemini 2.5 Flash and Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite.

Other Gemini versions do not respond at all.

Please kindly check and verify these issues in the latest version.

Fitur AI untuk membaca dan mengomentari status orang sepertinya keren. Tapi cukup mengganggu jika tiap kali orang lain update status langsung dikomentari /dikirim pesan 😅

Klo boleh fitur itu di buatkan tombol untuk bisa diaktifkan /dinonaktifkan. Digunakan jika diperlukan saja. Dan sekalian buatkan juga fitur update status terjadwal Jika memungkinkan @Magd Almuntaser 🙏

Ok, PayPal will be updated, but Razorpay can't be because most Indian payment gateways prevent registration from outside India.
This is necessary for me to test the gateway and establish a linking system, and there aren't any Indian users here who have offered me test accounts to try linking the gateway.

about gemini 2.5 and lite, yes, they work on the free account, but the rest are for paid accounts.

Make sure you have updated the version correctly, or do fresh install.

Yes, because I forgot to block the broadcast, so it was fixed in the next version.

about manage channels, it's a complex task.
For example, in current system, we have:

  • Text Message

  • Media Message (image, docs, video, audio)

  • Products
    ...etc.

Imagine that these features would also need to be implemented for channels (Text Message, etc.). It's like creating two systems in one, because you also need to add the API, pages, and so on.

Therefore, it's best to postpone manage channels later.

Tidak, dalam kasus ini saya menggunakan fitur autoreply dengan list. Seharusnya, ketika pengguna memilih item dari list, bot tetap membalas untuk menanyakan lagi. Namun, karena pilihan list berubah menjadi quoted message, bot tidak merespons seperti yang diharapkan.

Contoh:

Bot mengirim list menu:

Pilih menu:
1. Cek saldo
2. Transfer
3. Pembayaran

Pengguna memilih Transfer → WhatsApp mengirim quoted message “Transfer” ke chat.

Bot seharusnya membalas

Silakan masukkan nominal transfer:

Tapi karena pesan menjadi quoted, bot tidak membalas.
