That's why you can't access admin from siteurl.com/admin 

Check your server error log file and look for this: Got error 'PHP message: Integrity check failed.PHP message: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'gem_links.subscription' doesn't exist'

The developer has taken his precautions and subscription table is not included on the installation files, this table is downloaded when installing the script with Extended license code from codecanyon. This error 500 will show up every time users tray to use Billing to subscribe or you tray to access admin without adding additional parameters to url.

You have 3 choices :

First: Disable subscriptions and login to your site admin adding settings to siteurl.com/admin/settings to access admin without 500 error

Second: Purchase your Extended License at $225 🥵 

Third: Ask someone that have paid for the license to share a database dump with this table already added.

In other words or you manually create subscription table on database or this script is not usable for paid subscriptions you can only run a free website with it and add some Ads to get some income.
