Isn't all in one video downloader a WordPress plugin? This website doesn't looks like WordPress

You need paid hosting. On freeware many components are disabled to prevent spam through them.

Try to register for https://webhost1.ru/registration

if you succeed, then you can take a normal hosting with full functionality for a month for free
